On 6th December the club welcomed a very special visitor.
Organised by our new Mini’s Secretary, Kate Butler, we hosted over 30 children aged 2 to 8 years old. The younger children had a taster session of tennis led by our fabulous coach Gemma which finished with a visit and present from Santa.
The older children enjoyed a session of tennis and Christmas games again led by Gemma and supported by another of our fabulous coaches, Simon, and awesome trainee coach, Jaina. They also has a visit and present from Santa and enjoyed a festive feast in the club house after.
It was so wonderful to be able to hold this event and see all the children’s happy faces after so many things being cancelled over the last 20 months because of Covid-19.
A huge thank you also to Dan, Chris, Adrian and, of course, Santa, for ensuring the event ran as smoothly as it did.
