Part one of three. In this series we will learn how to start a game of tennis. We all know the serve is the most important shot in tennis. Because it’s the only stroke you have complete control over. And the foundation of ALL great serves is a great ball toss.
The problem is, a lot of player’s ball tosses are wildly inconsistent. This makes it impossible to develop a consistent serve, let alone a weapon.
Follow these simple steps to guide you through the 2 main types of serves in tennis and discover the best technique for you. This is the first video in a collection of tutorials in how to serve and then continue the play.
