Over the last few weeks we have successfully piloted a new tennis court booking system which allows us to book courts online or to check court availability either via the website or with a mobile app. If all members are able to use this it would not only reduce the administrative overhead of the current manual booking system, it will also enable a fast and efficient way of organising when to play amid these continuing trying times.
Jaina has prepared some instructions on how to use the court booking system, and we have included some frequently asked questions that resolves some of the queries that we encountered during the pilot.
You will need to wait till you receive an automated email from the clubspark system that is running the booking application for us, and then click on the link found in that email to start the registration process to gain access to the court booking. This email should be sent our by the end of this week. I suggest you follow the guide and download the mobile application that lets you access your bookings and court availability instantly.
