Inclement Weather

1.  Once payment has been made it is deemed that you have agreed to our terms and conditions.

1.1 In the event of inclement weather you must assume the group will go ahead unless you hear otherwise from a member of the coaching team via email or text. 

1.2 Any sessions cancelled prior to the start time will be made up at another time of our choosing.  We will endeavour to run this make up session on the same day and time but this may not always be possible. If you can’t attend the make up session/s then no refund can be offered.    

1.3 Once a session has started it is deemed to have taken place and will not be made up if the weather turns bad during the session.

1.4 If any sessions cancelled and not made up, then a credit to the value of these missed sessions will be offered.  This credit can be used towards a future term of coaching and will issued in the form of an online voucher code. 

Course cancellation/refunds

2.  Payments are non-refundable within 7 days of the course start date.

2.1 If you miss a session you may ask permission to make it up in another group that term providing there is another group on offer that is of a suitable level and there is sufficient space to accommodate any extra persons. If you wish to do this you MUST confirm with the coach of your squad. 

2.2 Any courses that have insufficient numbers of participants may be cancelled at coach discretion.

2.3 Refunds in extreme circumstances (e.g. a broken leg) will be made on a case by case basis.

Miscellaneous

General

3.  These Terms and Conditions and any Registration Forms you have filled out constitute the entire agreement between you and us in connection with your booking, purchase or use of our products and services superseding any prior agreements between you and us.

3.1 You agree that you have entered into these Terms and Conditions without reliance on any representation, warranty or undertaking by us which is not set out expressly in these Terms and Conditions.

    1. It is your responsibility to ensure that we have current contact details for you and all adults authorised to pick up your child/pupil.    

3.3 You must keep us informed of any changes in the health or other relevant circumstances.
